Data this site gathers, its uses, and what remains uncollected. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote engine requests gender, birthdate, self-rated health, tobacco status, coverage amount, and term. These enter a quoting system on the carriers' application platform to fetch rates and are never kept by this site. Names, addresses, phones, emails aren't asked to view quotes. Repeated queries with identical inputs pull from a temporary cache, sparing extra platform calls.

Applying

Should you apply, your answers populate a secure form on the carriers' platform, and that platform's privacy rules take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), oversees the process.

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email, an optional phone, desired reply method, subject, and body. It arrives at the agency by email; your email becomes the return path. This site archives nothing: no message copies, no submission database, no content logs. A transient spam safeguard executes client-side before dispatch.

Measurement

Analytics for page traffic employ first-party, cookie-free tracking from this domain. No tracking pixels or persistent IDs appear; your IP gets truncated (last two digits redacted) prior to storage; referrer URLs are stripped; raw logs expire after 90 days. Devices signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

Personal data is neither sold nor exchanged; marketing trackers and external analytics have no place here. The sole exception: the carriers' app platform code, active only when you reach the application page.
